All your memories, photos, videos, and voice notes are stored locally on your device. They never leave your device unless you explicitly export them. This means your data is private and secure.
If you delete Finite Days, all your local data (memories, media, settings) will be permanently deleted. We recommend creating a backup before uninstalling. You can do this from Settings → Data & Backup.
Go to Settings → Data & Backup → Create Backup. This creates a ZIP file containing all your memories and media. You can save this to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or any other storage service.
Yes! Sign in with the same account on your new device, then go to Settings → Data & Backup → Restore from Backup. Select your backup ZIP file and your memories will be restored.
If you've purchased Finite Days and need to restore it (e.g., on a new device), go to the paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Since Finite Days uses a one-time lifetime purchase (not a subscription), there's nothing to cancel. If you're unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@finitedays.io for a refund, or request one through Apple's refund page.
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This will delete your account data from our servers and clear all local data from your device. This action cannot be undone.
Not yet, but we're considering it for the future. If you'd like to see Finite Days on Android, let us know at support@finitedays.io.
